Uniforms
Polo shirts and aprons are available through Skeeter at Embroidery for all Reasons. Call in your order at (520) 790-3693. Credit, cash and check payments accepted. Pick up items at the shop, 7020 E 22nd St., which is inside the bowling alley, behind the large Ace Hardware on East 22nd Street and South Kolb Road.
Annual Education Information
Each February, volunteers are required to complete annual education. Packets are mailed to volunteers at their home address with all the information necessary to complete this requirement. To satisfy the competency section of the packet, the following education must be reviewed in order to complete the exams in the packet:
Patient Care Report
The Patient Care Report opens in a new window. Please complete your report as soon as possible to maintain smooth communication among all team members. Be sure to fill in all the blanks. You can put a zero, unknown or not observed, but keeping an entry blank should be avoided.
